What is a Dieta?
A Master Plant Dieta (Spanish for diet) is deep shamanic initiation with origins in the Peruvian Amazon. In short, it's a rather mystical process in which we are connected with the spirit of a Master Plant, for the purposes of healing (physical/emotional), teaching, or training as a healer. It's one of the deepest forms of personal healing and growth available.
We approach dieta with reverence--it is a truly sacred expereince. Abstinence is asked of the initiate, and beginning 1-2 weeks prior to the dieta, we remove several things from our lives (including spice, sugar, salt, sex...); we give something up in order to receive, we make room for the plant and the healing gifts of the dieta bloom within us.
What is a
Master Plant?
The most ancient form of medicine on the Earth is plant medicine. For many thousands of years humans & plants have been connected symbiotically, from the cultivation of plants as food & remedies, to the spirit work of the shaman. When we ingest a plant medicine, whether it’s a herbal preparation, or a vibrational essence, we invite the spirit & intelligence of that plant into our lives.
Master Plants and Teacher Plants are healers that are intimately connected with the evolution of humanity. From Tobacco to Holy Basil, from Cacao to Cannabis, these plant spirits have been showing us how to heal ourselves for thousands of years, often via direct communication with medicine people, who then share the plant wisdom and healing with their communities.

3. If you're already working with me, but brand new to dieta, please feel welcome to book a one-on-one free 15 min dieta consultation via my Online Calendar (you can use the House Healing link--the consultation will be via Signal or WhatsApp).
4. If you've dieted with others, we would need to meet in at least one Mentoring for Healers ceremony, possibly more. If you would like to be considered for this or any other Dieta, please book using my online calendar.
5. If you have not dieted plants before, and we've also not met, then we would need to begin with a Mentoring for Healers ceremony, or a Healing and Personal Mentoring ceremony, and go from them.

* Medicine making: depending on the plant, the medicine will either be made for you, or you will learn how to make it yourself (sometimes both)

Sacred to Mayans, Cacao offers her superfood to the body, mind and spirit. This dieta is strengthening and nourishing physically and emotionally, and we enter into a state of deep self-care. Cacao is the healer's healer, a doorway to ancient mystery school initiations and ancient off-world wisdom.
