What is Healing?
On the simplest level shamanic healing is about becoming the fullest and most balanced you.
As we walk through our lives, many of us experience varying levels of trauma, loss, heartache, etc, and this can lead to feeling less than whole. We can leave pieces of ourselves behind, lose power to others, forget our purpose or lose touch with our dreams... we can gather "stuff" that doesn't belong to us, or hang onto things we don't need to anymore.
Healing works with the subtle world of spirit, helping us clear away the murkiness, drop the baggage, reclaim anything we might have lost. We lighten our loads and fill ourselves up with our own lost power.
A Personal Ceremony is for healing, realignment, and deep grounding--it often acts as a catalyst for change.
I would love to hear how I might serve you. This ceremony is FOR YOU, and I'm here to listen deeply and hold the space for you, and offer you whatever you might need.
All of my work is from a trauma-informed perspective. I will serve you with compassion, with deep attunement to YOU, and always with open ears, mind and heart.
A ceremony might include: reclaiming lost energy and power, returning any energy that isn't ours, cutting detrimental energetic ties to others, extraction of non-beneficial energy, soul retrieval, ancestral healing, sound healing, grounding, journeying, and more.
A ceremony might also incluce: spiritual life coaching, meditation practices, pranayam (breathwork), how to protect and contain our own energy, how to clear our own energy, how to deeply connect to the Earth.
All sessions include significant preparatory distance work on my part: booking a session grants permission for the work to begin, usually three days before our meeting and three days afterward. Sometimes I will record and send a message a few days after our meeting.

KUNDALINI
Kundalini assessment and assistance is also available separately or as part of a healing ceremony. Kundalini Vidya (the science of Kundallini), is very different from the asana practice Kudalini Yoga). It's an ancient Vedic science, and my offerings in this area come from an adult lifetime of personal experience, study with experts, and my work with those going through Kundalini shifts/awakenings/emergencies.
